Efrat holds a BA in Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies from Tel Aviv University. She has a rich and varied background in the fields of administration and service, both in the business world and in the third sector. The knowledge she has acquired in these diverse contexts enables her to manage systems and people with the aim of being the connecting link between various parts of the organization. Efrat is responsible for the development and cultivation of relationships within the organization, as well as external to the organization, including government offices and health insurance funds.
