Efrat graduated with a master's degree in management and organization of educational systems at the Kibbutzim Seminary and a bachelor's degree in special-education and arts-integrated education from Tel Hai College. Over the years she has gained experience in managing educational frameworks as well as in team and project management. Previous to joining Beit Daniella, she managed the organization "Gesher al HaNoar" which operates supportive homes for at-risk youth. Efrat volunteered through Ichud Hatzala and the Matnasim organization in running an operations room in response to humanitarian requests during the Corona period.
