Akiva is a clinical social worker with a Bachelor's degree from Bar Ilan University and a Master's degree from Haifa University. In the last decade, Akiva worked at Kav L’noar as a Clinical Coordinator and spearheaded and supervised a mentors program in the school system. Akiva also served as the Clinical Director at Maagalei Nefesh in which he trained community Rabbis in the field of mental health, supervised their Rabbinic mental health hotline and provided his professional knowledge and guidance to inform issues which arose. Akiva brings with him to Beit Daniella years of experience in management, employee training and therapy. Akiva is married with 2 children and resides in Mevo Choron.
